Patrick Brazill is an associate attorney practicing in the firm’s litigation practice group and focuses on civil litigation, including commercial and business disputes, employment litigation, and real estate litigation. Mr. Brazill has gained experience in matters relating to landlord-tenant liability, personal injury, automotive liability, municipal and state criminal defense, and traffic matters.
Outside of litigation, Mr. Brazill advises entrepreneurs on business formation issues such as choice-of-entity decisions. Mr. Brazill also reviews and drafts corporate documents and commercial contracts, and he provides ongoing counsel to clients on regulatory and general corporate governance matters.
Mr. Brazill graduated from the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) School of Law in 2014 where he was a member of the Transactional Law Team. Prior to law school, Mr. Brazill attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) on a soccer scholarship and graduated with a degree in Political Science.
Mr. Brazill currently also coaches for St. Louis Scott Gallagher Soccer Club (SLSG), one of the country’s foremost youth soccer clubs, where he focuses in equal parts on the technical and character development of his players.
