Native St. Louisan, Michael Graff, brings his unique eclectic and entrepreneurial style to Kodner and Watkins L.C. which he joined in the fall of 2016. With over 25 years of extensive interaction with diverse segments of the bi-state population, Michael previously was cofounder of Baristers Trust Company LTD. and later was council for Logs Groups where he represented both local and national lenders, including Wells Fargo and Countrywide. In 2006, responding to a glaring need to represent the Hispanic community and other documented and undocumented immigrants, who were being exploited by employers, mistreated by police and harassed by immigration authorities, he opened an office on Cherokee Street, in the heart of South St. Louis, to represent them. He soon found himself also representing a diverse group of urban pioneers, individuals and small business, in a broad range of legal services. Mr. Graff's wide range of knowledge includes workers compensation which he proudly handles, as his grandfather was the first workers compensation judge in the state of Missouri. He relishes working closely with his father, Dr. Ralph Graff, MD, Professor of Surgery at St. Louis University, in all injury cases including workmans compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice. A lifelong resident of University City, a graduate of Washington University School of Law, Michael is a proud father of six and serves on the boards of various community institutions.
